👥 How to Request Peer Feedback (360 Feedback) as a Manager

If you want to gather feedback from an employee’s colleagues during the performance process, follow these steps:


🔹 1. How to Send a Feedback Request

Path:
Team > Performance Evaluation

  • Click the “Select Peer Evaluators” tab under the cycle name.

  • Next to the employee you want to add evaluators for, click the green “Select Evaluator” button.

  • In the pop-up window, search for the evaluator’s name, add them, and click Save to complete the process.

📌 Note: As soon as you click Save, the feedback request is automatically sent to the selected peers.
⚠️ Even if the cycle is in the signature phase, peers can submit feedback during the active cycle.


🖥️ 2. Where Does the Peer Evaluator See the Form?

  • The selected peer evaluator can access the form from their dashboard under “Your Peer Evaluations.”

  • The evaluator completes the assessment by answering the questions defined by the manager.


🔍 3. Where Does the Manager See Feedback?

Path:
Team > Performance Evaluation

  • Select the relevant performance cycle.

  • Click on the employee for whom you requested feedback.

  • Scroll down to view the responses submitted by the selected peer evaluators.
