Yes, you can!
The F4e platform offers a reminder feature to support managers’ active participation in the feedback process.
This allows you to easily identify managers who haven’t given feedback to their direct reports and send automatic reminders through the system.
📍 How to Send a Reminder
Path: Administration > Instant Feedback > Reports
Click the “Reports” button in the top-right corner of the page.
A table listing all managers will appear.
For each manager, the table shows:
Number of direct feedbacks given
Number of feedbacks given upon request
Number of feedbacks given via the Discover Your Potential module
Whether they have given feedback to their direct reports
📨 Steps to Send a Reminder
Click the envelope (✉️) icon in the top-right corner.
A pop-up window will display a list of managers who haven’t given feedback to their employees this month.
From this list:
✅ Select All to choose all managers
☑️ Check the boxes manually next to individual managers’ names
Click “Send Reminder” at the bottom of the window to complete the process ✅
