🤝 How Can I Enable Peer (Colleague) Evaluations as an Admin?
If you want to use peer feedback (evaluations from colleagues) in the system, you first need to configure the relevant settings correctly.
✨ Two Ways to Enable Peer Evaluations
🔹 1. When Creating a New Cycle
Navigation: Admin > Cycle Management > New Cycle
During setup:
Questions tab
➤ Add at least one question under “Questions to be asked to colleagues”.
(Without a question, peer evaluation settings will not be activated.)
Advanced tab
➤ Define the “Maximum Number of Peer Evaluators”.
➤ You can also configure instructions for managers and permissions for retracting feedback in this section.
🔹 2. When Editing an Existing Cycle
Navigation: Admin > Cycle Management > Select Cycle > Settings
Go to the Questions tab and add at least one question under “Questions to be asked to colleagues”.
Then open the Advanced tab and adjust the related settings as described above.
⚠️ Important Notes
Peer evaluation settings are only activated once a colleague question is added.
