The F4e platform supports not only giving feedback but also requesting it.
This allows you to make your development areas visible and foster more constructive communication within your team. 🌱
Go to the Feedback module.
Click the green “Request Feedback” button in the top-right corner.
A pop-up window will open to start the process.
A welcome message appears when the pop-up opens.
Click “Start” to begin the process.
The system provides various questions from the question library, categorized by different needs.
You can:
✅ Select one of the ready-made questions
✍️ Or move to the next page and write your own free-form message
In the message editor, you can:
💬 Write your feedback request freely
🌟 Optionally link it to a competency
😊 🎉 Add GIFs and emojis to make your message more personal and engaging.
📌 After completing your message, choose who you want to receive feedback from.
Proceed to the next step after selecting the people.
The system will ask:
✅ If you select Yes, your manager can also view the feedback received
🚫 If you select No, the feedback remains confidential between you and the feedback provider
(Note: Feedback is private by default. Sharing occurs only if explicitly approved.)
After completing all steps, click “Send” to submit your feedback request.
The request is now on the recipient’s side! 🙌
