Discover Your Potential is a skill- and competency-based development tool that allows you to receive instant feedback.
Users can request 360-degree feedback from anyone, at any time, on the areas they want to improve.
This way, you can:
See your skills from an external perspective,
Recognize your strengths,
Manage your development areas on your own.
Click the “Discover Your Potential” button on the homepage.
Select Competencies:
In the pop-up window, select at least 2 competencies you want feedback on.
If you want feedback on a competency not listed in the system, you can define it yourself.
Select People:
Choose the colleagues you want feedback from.
(Your manager, team members, someone from another department… no restrictions! You can also remove people later by hovering over their names.)
Send Request:
The feedback request will be sent as an email notification to the selected people.
On the homepage, pending feedback requests are listed.
To decline a request, click “Decline.” The request will be removed from the system.
To answer, click “Answer.”
Provide a brief evaluation for each requested competency in the opened window and submit.
