🤔 First, Why Does Each User Need a Unique Email?
Every user must exist in the system only once.
Both active and inactive users are identified by a unique email address.
If you see the error “This email address already exists”, make sure that the address isn’t assigned to another user.
💡 Note: You can reactivate a deactivated user or update their existing email address.
🔄 Step 1: Access the Email Update Section
Path:
Administration Panel > Employees > Update Email
This will open the email update window.

✍️ Step 2: Enter the New Email

📬 Step 3: Inform the User
Let the user know they can now log in with their new email address and existing password. That’s it — done! 🎉

Before updating, confirm that the old email address isn’t already linked to an active or inactive user. If necessary, you can deactivate the old user or update the existing address.
