In this article, we’ll take a closer look at the information you’ll find when you open a competency report. Ready? Let’s dive in! 🚀
Remember: you can customize this report from the competency cycle settings.
This section gives you a quick snapshot of your overall performance. At first glance, you’ll see:
The overall evaluation score, calculated as the average of all competency scores. In short, it answers the question: “How am I doing overall?”
This area shows the behaviors where you scored the highest and lowest. In other words, your strengths and areas for improvement are presented visually.
The colored circles (red, yellow, green) indicate how close each behavior score is to the maximum possible score — like a traffic light 🚦.
Here you’ll find a comparative view of how different evaluator types rated you across competencies.
Perfect for answering the question: “Who evaluated me in which area, and how?”
By checking/unchecking the boxes on the left, you can interactively adjust the graph.
Your competency scores are listed from lowest to highest, showing where you’re stronger and where you have room to improve.
Similarly, this ranking shows your scores for each behavioral indicator, from lowest to highest.
In this section, all evaluated competencies are listed one by one. By clicking the “More” button next to each, you can access detailed insights.
What’s included?
Competency score by evaluator type
Your total score for that competency
A comparative chart showing the cycle average for that competency
Behavioral indicators for that competency, including:
Observed score
Evaluator type weightings (if any)
Scores given by each evaluator type
📌 Note: If multiple peers (co-evaluators) are assigned, individual scores are not shown — instead, an average is displayed. Confidentiality and balance are always prioritized.
This section lists all open-ended responses provided by evaluators.
Feedback is anonymous.
No breakdown by evaluator type is shown.
If the feature is enabled, the evaluated employee can comment on the feedback or request clarification. In short: you can say “You mentioned this — can you elaborate?” 😉
✅ That’s it! The competency report may look complex at first, but when you know where to focus, it becomes a powerful guide to support your development.
