Answer: Yes — and it’s super easy! 🎉
The system already includes predefined competencies, but if you prefer, you can build your own competency pool and customize everything according to your organization’s needs.
🚪 Where Should I Start?
Follow this path to access the competencies page:
Administration > Competencies
On this page, you’ll find a set of ready-to-use competencies prepared by F4e.
You can:
Edit them
Add new ones
Or deactivate the ones you don’t want to use
✨ How to Add a New Competency?
From Administration > Competencies, click the blue Add button in the top right corner.
Fill out the following fields:
🖼️ Icon – Use system icons or upload icons that represent your company culture
🏷️ Competency Name (required)
📝 Description (optional)
📁 Category (optional)
🧩 Adding Behavioral Indicators
To add behavioral indicators under a competency:
Click the three dots (…) next to the competency row
Select Competency Behaviours
On the new page, click the blue Add button in the top right corner and define the indicators you want to associate with that competency.
🧩 Adding Categories
You have two options:
While adding a new competency, simply type a category name into the Category field.
Or, from Administration > Competencies, click the three dots (…) in the top right corner → select Categories → click Add to define as many categories as you need.
You can:
✏️ Edit existing categories from the Actions area

🗑️ Delete categories you no longer want to use
