 If you want to analyze competency and behavior indicator scores for a specific period, you are in the right place.

Path: Administration > Cycle Management > Competency Period Report icon

💡 Note: This page is accessible only to Admin and HRBP (HR Business Partner) users.
 Not everyone can see it—only those with the proper permissions. 😎

📈 What’s on the Report Page?

  • Period Competency Score, Number of Employees Not Started, Number of Employees In Progress, Number of Employees Completed


Most Competent Employees Tab

  • Shows the top 3 employees for each competency

  • Each competency includes a Report icon showing the score distribution in a graph

Graphs Tab

  • Displays Competency Map and average period scores of Behavior Indicators

  • You can use filters to check group-level averages, e.g., by unit or team



Status Section

  • Competency Feedback Timeline

  • Evaluated Status & Evaluator Status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed)                

Bottom of the Report Page

  • View Employee List by Evaluated and Employee List by Evaluator

  • Apply group filters or search manually using the search box
