As a system administrator, you can easily monitor and report on the progress of goal approvals! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process smoothly. 🚀


🔍 Steps to Track the Goal Approval Process

1️⃣ Click on the Administration menu.
2️⃣ Select Cycle Management.
3️⃣ Go to the Reports section (and click on the report link for the relevant period).


4️⃣ To view detailed information about the approval process, click “More” in the Employee Progress section.

📊 What You’ll Find on This Page

Next to the Search and Filter area, you’ll see an ellipsis icon (⋯) — click it to access the following report options:

✔️ Employees with All Goals Approved: View employees who have successfully completed the approval process for all their goals.
✔️ Employees Without Goals: See who hasn’t yet created any goals.
✔️ Employees with Goals Pending Approval: Track employees whose goals are currently awaiting approval.
✔️ Employees Who Haven’t Submitted Goals for Approval: Identify those who have goals in draft but haven’t sent them for review.
✔️ Goals Awaiting Approval: List of goals that have been submitted by employees but not yet approved.

📩 Send Reminder:
You can send reminders to employees stuck in the approval process to help move things along faster.


👤 Individual-Level Detailed Reporting

If you want to analyze data on a more detailed, employee-specific level:

1️⃣ Go to Admin > Period Management > Reports > Employee Progress / See More.
2️⃣ You’ll find a detailed list showing each employee and the approval status of their goals.
