Inviting your teammates to the F4e platform is like giving a VIP guest exclusive access. 🎟️ With this guide, you can easily add individual employees to the system. Let’s get started!
This will take you to the employee creation screen.
Here, you’ll find two types of fields to complete:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Position
Group (not mandatory at the initial step; can be assigned later)
Time Zone
Manager
Matrix Manager
Title
Employee ID
Location
Start Date
Language
If you want to fill in fields such as position, group, manager, or title, these options must already exist in the system.
If you previously uploaded employees using the “Bulk Add Employees” feature, the options will appear automatically.
If the fields are empty, you can create them via the Admin Panel. Simply go to Definitions under the Admin Panel and click the Add button in the top-right corner for the field you want to define.
How does adding a new employee affect my license?
Each new employee counts toward your license limit. If you exceed your limit, you won’t be able to add more employees.

Are inactive users billed?
Only active users are billed. If an employee leaves the company, make sure to set their account to inactive.
Inactive users cannot log in, but their data will be retained in the system.
Every user must have a unique email address. Here are a few tips:
Even archived or inactive users must have unique email addresses.
If you see the error “This email address already exists”:
You can reactivate the user who is already associated with that email.
Alternatively, you can update the email address of the existing user.
