🤔👥 How to Track Your Team’s Work Goals

If you’re a manager, the “My Team” button will be your best friend! 💼✨ Here, you can easily monitor your teams’ and direct reports’ goals. Let’s explore this magical window step by step! 🎉


1️⃣ Enter the My Team Section 🚪✨

Click the “My Team” button in the black main menu on the left. 👩‍💻👨‍💻
Here, you can see all information about your teams, groups, and employees.


2️⃣ View Work Goals 🎯📊

Select the “Work Goals” tab to view the goals of your direct reports, groups, and teams. Let the exploration begin! 🚀


3️⃣ Key Status Indicators 🚦

💡 Status: View your team’s overall status with colors:

  • Gray: No check-in yet

  • Green 🟢: Goals on track

  • Yellow 🟡: Risk detected, pay attention

  • Red 🔴: Off track, urgent intervention needed

Goal Count: Total number of goals
Completed Goals: Percentage of goals completed ✅


4️⃣ Track Progress 📈

In the Progress section, see individual progress for each team member. Time to be proud of your team! 💪✨


5️⃣ Check-In Rates 🕒✔️

On the Check-In tab, view weekly or overall check-in rates for your team. Step by step toward the goals! 🏁


6️⃣ Important Goal Details 📋

Add Goal: Need a new goal? Click the “...” button next to the relevant employee row and select “Add Goal to Employee” to create one immediately!


7️⃣ Who Do You Want to View? 🤷‍♀️

Use the Direct Reports button to filter the audience you want to view: your team, a group, or individual employees. The choice is yours! 🎭


8️⃣ Switch Periods 🗓️

Want to see data for another period? Click the “X” button in the top-right corner and switch to another period. 🔄
