📌 Completed Goals:
See the total number of goals and how many you’ve completed. Are you making great progress or need a little extra push? 🌈
📌 Overall Progress:
View the percentage progress of your goals. The average progress can be a great motivator! 📈
📌 Goal Risk Status:
Quickly understand the state of your goals with color coding:
Gray: Goals without a check-in
🟢 Green: On track
🟡 Yellow: At risk
🔴 Red: Off track
📌 Colleagues:
Check your colleagues’ goal profiles to get insights into their goals and progress. 👥✨
📌 Groups:
Browse through groups to review group goals and their progress. 🎯
📌 Company:
Click this section to see company-wide goals and get the big picture! 🏢
📌 Goals / Tasks / Key Results:
Access all transparent goals, tasks, and key results for the current period.
