1️⃣ Start Adding a Goal 🎯

Go to:
Objectives > Your Company Objectives > Create Objectives
and start creating a new company goal. 🖱️✨


2️⃣ Goal Creation Window 📂

After clicking Add Goal, the following window will appear. Here’s what each field means: 👇

👥 Goal For Whom?
Since this is a company goal, select “Company” as the responsible entity. 🧑‍💻👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

🗂️ Categories
Choose from the categories you created in the period settings. Organize and group easily! 🎨

🎯 Goal
Clearly state what you are aiming for. 💡

🤖 Ask AI
Click this button to get AI-generated suggestions for goals and key results aligned with company strategy. 🎯

🔄 Copy Goal
Easily copy goals from previous periods if needed. 📋

📝 Description (Optional)
Add a short explanation of the goal. Skip if it’s already clear and self-explanatory. 🌟

🔄  Goal Weight
If you set up a weighted period, specify the weight of this goal here. Make sure all goal weights add up to 100%! 📋(if you use weight)

📅 8. Due Date
Set the deadline for completing the goal. Don’t miss it! ⏰

🏆  Key Results
Add criteria to measure the achievement of this goal. Tracking progress becomes much easier! ✅

📌 Where Can I See Company Goals?
Go to the Work Goals page and click the “Company Goals” tab to access all company goals. 👀

🔐 Who Can Add Company Goals?
Only Admin users can create, update, and check-in company goals. 👑
If you want a specific group (e.g., C-Level) to be able to create company goals:

  1. Go to Management > Definitions > Groups > Add

  2. Create a group and enable “This group can create company goals”.

  3. Assign users to the group via Management > Employees > Update > Add Group.

👓 Who Can See Company Goals?
Transparency is key! 🎉 All employees participating in the goal period can see company goals, comment, and track key results. 💬🌟
