🕵️♀️ How to Log in to Another User Account as a System Administrator?
Do you need to access another user’s account as an admin? Here’s how you can easily do it:
🚀 Connecting to Another User’s Account
Go to Administration Panel > Employees.
Find the user you want to connect to, and click the three-dot menu at the end of their row.
Select “Log in to Account” from the menu.

That’s it! You are now managing that user’s account.
🔄 Logging Out of the User Account
Go to the top-right corner of the screen.
Click on the area with the user’s profile picture.
Select “Switch User”.
This action will return you to your own administrator account.
💡 Tips: Things to Keep in Mind as a System Administrator
User Data: Any actions you take while connected will be recorded under that user’s name. Please proceed carefully.
Privacy: Only connect to user accounts when necessary, and remember that all access is logged.
