How to Log in to Another User Account as a System Administrator?

🚀 Connecting to Another User’s Account

  1. Go to Administration Panel > Employees.

  2. Find the user you want to connect to, and click the three-dot menu at the end of their row.

  3. Select “Log in to Account” from the menu.



That’s it! You are now managing that user’s account.


🔄 Logging Out of the User Account

  1. Go to the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click on the area with the user’s profile picture.

  3. Select “Switch User”.

This action will return you to your own administrator account.
