How Can a System Administrator Delete Kudos?
🗑️ How Can a System Administrator Delete Kudos?
Sometimes, based on an employee’s request, a kudos message may need to be removed from the system due to being sent incorrectly.
This action can only be performed by System Administrators.
📍 Step-by-Step Kudos Deletion
👉 Go to Administration > Kudos
On this page, you will see a detailed list of all kudos sent in the system, including:
Who sent it, and to whom
When it was sent
The message content and number of kudos
To delete a kudos:
Locate the relevant kudos in the list
On the far right of the row, click the trash bin (🗑️) icon
🖱️ Once clicked, the kudos will be permanently deleted from the system
⚠️ Important Notes
This action is irreversible
Employees cannot delete their own kudos
Only authorized System Administrators can perform this action
💡 When Should It Be Used?
If a kudos was sent to the wrong person
If the kudos message contains sensitive or incorrect content
If it was sent accidentally
