The Feedback Module on the F4e platform enables employees to give fast, effective, and constructive feedback to each other.
The feedback process is designed to be accessible for users of all levels, with easy-to-use and guided steps.
Go to Main Menu > Feedback module.
Click the green “Give Feedback” button in the top-right corner to start the process.
Choose the person you want to give feedback to from the list.
There are three types of feedback available in the system:
Structured using the STAR technique:
S: Situation / Task
T: Action
A: Approach
R: Result
This type is used to reinforce strengths and make positive behaviors visible.
The system provides example descriptions at each step.
At the end, you can add a GIF/animation and optionally use the Enhance with AI button to adjust the tone of your message.
Structured using the STAR-AR technique:
Adds:
A: Alternative Action
R: Alternative Result
This type is suitable for feedback aimed at improving behaviors.
Step-by-step guidance is provided, and the Enhance with AI feature ensures the message is delivered in a balanced, constructive, and clear tone.
No structure is applied.
The sender can write the message freely.
Use the Enhance with AI button below the text box to adjust tone or make the message more effective.
A summary screen is displayed before sending. It shows:
📌 Feedback recipient
🗂️ Subject of the message
✉️ Written text
Make any necessary edits.
Click “Send” to complete the feedback.
Selecting a competency when giving feedback is optional.
🧠 AI assistance is active for all feedback types.
📁 All feedback is recorded in the system and can be viewed by the relevant recipient.
