Hello there! Want to make steady progress toward your goals? Then the Check-In feature is just what you need! 🚀
With Check-Ins, you can easily track your progress toward success criteria and share updates with your manager in a simple and structured way.
Let’s go through the process step by step. 👇
A Check-In allows you to record your current progress and status for a defined success criterion or task.
📊 Indicators like Total Progress and Goal Risk Status in the system are calculated based on these Check-Ins.
First, go to the Business Goals module, then open the relevant period and goals page where you want to make a Check-In.
1️⃣ Click on the Success Criterion
Click on the success criterion for which you want to create a Check-In. The Check-In details screen will appear.
2️⃣ Create a New Check-In
Click the “New Check-In” button in the top-right corner — you’re now ready to record your progress!
3️⃣ Fill in the Required Fields
🟢 Risk Status
Determine the risk status of the success criterion. This is entirely based on your own assessment. Choose according to your current perspective on the goal:
On Track ✅ – You’re confident you’ll achieve this goal!
At Risk ⚠️ – There’s a risk, but you still believe success is achievable.
Off Track ❌ – This goal is in trouble and unlikely to be achieved.
💬 Check-In Questions
The questions shown during a Check-In are defined by your admin at the start of the period.
By default, you’ll see a “Comments” field, but your company may have customized these questions.
📈 New Check-In Value
Enter your current progress value for the success criterion.
📎 Attachments (Optional)
If you have documents supporting your progress, you can upload them here.
📢 Notify Your Manager
Check this box if you want your manager to be notified about this Check-In.
To edit an existing Check-In, go to the same Business Goals module and open the relevant period and goals page.
Click on the success criterion you want to edit — the Check-In details screen will open.
On the details page, you can view all your previous Check-Ins. When you hover over the Check-In you’d like to modify, a pencil icon will appear.
🖊️ Click the pencil icon to easily edit your existing Check-In.
🔄 Can Check-Ins be deleted?
Check-Ins can only be deleted by the System Administrator.
However, the Check-In owner or manager can update existing records.

With regular Check-Ins, you’ll track your progress and strengthen communication with your team.
