Who Can Add or Check-In Company Goals Besides the System Administrator?

🧑‍💼 Who Can Add or Check-In Company Goals Besides the System Administrator?

In some cases, you may want not only the system administrator but also a special group of employees (e.g., C-Level executives) to be able to create, update, or check in company goals.

To grant this permission, you need to create a group and assign the relevant employees to it.


📌 How to Do It

1️⃣ Create a Group

Path: Administration > Definitions > Groups
Click the “Add” button.

In the Group Properties section, check:
“Members of this group can create company goals”

Save your group.


2️⃣ Assign Employees to the Group

Path: Administration > Employees
Find the employee, click the three dots (⋯)Update.

In the pop-up, go to the “Groups” field and add the group you just created.
Click Update to complete the assignment.


🔓 Once Done, These Employees Can:

  • Create company goals

  • Update existing company goals

  • Check-in on company goals 🎯


💡 Note:
This feature only applies to groups that have been granted this permission.
