The cycle has started, but did something change? Was the wrong evaluator assigned, or did you forget to add someone? No problem! You can still adjust evaluator settings even after the competency cycle has begun. Here’s what you can do:
✅ Add a new evaluator
❌ Remove an existing evaluator
🔄 Reset an evaluation
🔁 Reopen an evaluation (for example, if the evaluator missed the deadline)
The system is flexible—you can adapt it with just a few clicks.
Path:
Administration > Cycle Management > Relevant Competency Assessment Cycle > Reports
On this page, you’ll see the list of participants. From here, you can easily manage evaluators:
Add Participant – If you want to include someone who wasn’t originally added to the cycle, click the Add Participant button in the top-right corner of the “Status” section.
Add Evaluator – To manually assign an additional evaluator, go to the Evaluators column in the employee list. You’ll see profile pictures of current evaluators. Click the “+” button to add a new evaluator.
⚠️ Important: Don’t forget to select the Evaluator Type when adding!
Reset Evaluation – If an evaluation contains errors or bias, you can reset it. In the employee list, click the small arrow to the left of the employee’s name. This expands a section showing all evaluators. Next to the evaluator you want to reset, click the three dots (…) and select Reset.
Reopen Evaluation – If an evaluator didn’t complete the form within the given time, you can reopen it. Follow the same steps: expand the evaluator section using the arrow, click the three dots (…) next to the evaluator’s name, and select Reopen.
Just because the cycle has started doesn’t mean everything is locked. The system is flexible and can be shaped around your needs.
