Yes, you can! 🎉
As the end of the month approaches, you may notice that some employees haven’t used up their kudos quota yet. With just a few clicks, you can send them a reminder email directly through the system. This feature helps keep the recognition culture alive and thriving. ✨


📍 Where to Send From?

👉 Go to Administration > Kudos > Reports (top right corner)

On this page, you’ll see a list displaying all employees and their kudos quota usage.


📨 How to Send a Reminder?

  1. Click the envelope icon at the top right corner of the page.

  1. A pop-up window will appear, listing all employees who still have kudos left for the current month.



  1. From here, you have several options:

    • Select All: Choose everyone in the list at once.

    • 🔍 Search Bar: Find a specific employee by name.

    • ☑️ Manual Selection: Tick the checkboxes next to the names of employees you want to notify.

  2. After making your selection, click the Send Reminder button at the bottom

That’s it! 🚀 The selected employees will receive a system-generated reminder email encouraging them to use their remaining kudos.
