On the F4e platform, the “Kudos of the Month” section appears both on the homepage and inside the Kudos module. It highlights employees who have received the most appreciation in a given month.

📊 How is it Calculated?
All kudos given during the month are scored based on quota.
The top 6 employees with the highest kudos points appear in the list.
The ranking starts with the employee who received the highest kudos.
