Yes, absolutely! 🎉 Some employees — especially managers, HR, or C-level leaders — may need to give kudos more frequently. In these cases, the standard monthly kudos quota may not be enough. Luckily, the system allows you to assign extra kudos quota on a per-person basis.

🚀 Step by Step: How to Increase an Individual’s Kudos Quota

  1. Go to Administration > Kudos module



  1. Click the Reports icon located next to the Settings button (top right corner)



  1. You’ll see a detailed list of kudos given and received by each employee

  2. On the right-hand side of each employee’s row, click “Boost Kudos”



  1. A pop-up window will appear

  2. Enter the number of extra kudos you want to assign

  3. Click the Add button to finalize 🎯

✅ Done! The extra quota will apply only to that specific employee, without affecting anyone else’s quota.
