You can add a matrix manager to an existing cycle afterwards.


🛠️ Step-by-Step: Adding a Matrix Manager

Path:
Admin > Cycle Management

  1. Find the cycle where you want to add the matrix manager.

  2. Click the Reports button on the right-hand side of the cycle.



  1. On the employee list page, click the vertical three dots (...).

  2. Select Add New Performance Review.


📌 In this screen:

  • Evaluator (Matrix Manager)

  • Evaluatee (Employee)
    can be entered manually to assign the matrix manager into the system.



🎯 Additional Info

  • A separate evaluation form is generated specifically for matrix managers.

  • This form is independent from the evaluation completed by the primary manager.

  • Both forms are tracked individually within the system.
