The performance evaluation process is carried out between the employee (evaluatee) and their manager (evaluator).
When a cycle is created, the system automatically assigns the evaluatee and evaluator according to the organizational structure at that time.
📌 Important: Ensure that the organizational structure is up to date before starting a cycle.
Employee Dashboard: The self-evaluation form becomes available.
Manager Dashboard: The manager sees both their own self-evaluation form and a list of evaluations to complete for their team members.
There is no restriction on who submits the form first.
If the employee enters a score in the self-evaluation, the manager can view it after the form is shared.
The manager’s score remains hidden from the employee until it is shared.
Once both the employee and manager submit their forms, the signature stage begins.
Signature dates must be defined in the cycle settings.
This stage allows time for managers to conduct calibration before finalizing scores.
⚠️ Note: The process is not finalized until the Final (Signature) Score is entered.
The form is locked. Neither content nor scores can be modified.
Only the System Administrator can remove signatures and reopen the form for editing.
Each employee can view their own performance form in the system.
All steps are stored transparently and remain accessible for reporting.
