Can an Evaluation Be Changed After Signatures Are Completed?

✏️ Can an Evaluation Be Changed After Signatures Are Completed?

As a rule:
Once signatures are completed, neither the employee nor the manager can make changes to the evaluation form.
However, if a mistake is detected — for example, the wrong person was evaluated or an incorrect score was entered — the admin holds the master key.


🛠️ What Can an Admin Do?

The admin can remove the signatures and reopen the evaluation for editing.
Follow these steps:

Path:
Admin > Cycle Management > Relevant Cycle > Reports Icon

  1. Find the person whose evaluation you want to edit.

  2. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the row.

  3. Select Remove Signatures.


🔄 What Happens After This Action?

  • The evaluation status for both parties reverts to Shared.

  • The signature score is reset.

However:

  • Manager and employee scores (Manager/Employee Ratings) remain saved.

  • Answers provided to questions are retained and not deleted.

👉 This means you only need to update the necessary details — there’s no need to start the entire form from scratch.


🎯 In Summary

You cannot make changes after signatures are completed.
But as an admin, you hold the “rewind button” to reopen and correct the evaluation when needed.
