How to Extend the Target Add/Remove Period for Specific Users

⏳ How to Extend the Target Add/Remove Period for Specific Users

In the period settings, the durations for adding, removing, and updating targets are set globally for all users.
However, in some cases, you may need to extend this period for specific users only.
Follow the steps below to do this:


🛠️ Step-by-Step Guide to Extending the Period

1. Go to the Administration Panel:
Navigate to Administration > Cycle Management.

2. Select the Relevant Period:
Click the “Report” button for the period you want to edit.

3. Open the Individual Targets Page:
In the Employee Progress section, click “More”.

4. Find the User:
Locate the relevant user in the table.

5. Set the Extension:
Click the three dots (⋯) on the user’s row and select “Extend Target Add/Remove Period.”
In the pop-up window, enter the number of days you want to extend the period.

6. Save Changes:
Click “Save” to complete the process.


🎯 After completing these steps, only the selected user will be able to make changes to their targets for the extended duration.
💡 Note: This extension applies only to adding, removing, or updating targets.
